Building on the success of our first AMQP connectathon, twelve people from six firms gathered at VMware’s head office in London, UK, to continue to refine and clarify AMQP 1.0 by testing the interoperability of their different implementations. The aim of the process is to ensure AMQP 1.0 is fit for purpose across a diverse range of applications and that the specification is unambiguous and that there is strong interoperability.
